by Pure role i mean champ with only one role, like a champ who can only mid or support. i know a few like soraka 
a pure support and ahri 
a pure mid laner. so what i want to know is who else is a pure role champ. and do you guys believe that pure role champs like i discussed is right. and are the pure role champs better or the multi role champs.

Most adcs are pure roles because only a few that can AP mid..

Whether they are pure role champions or multi-role champions doesn't quite matter. It all still boils down to the skill of the person using it.
Yes, in fact I think pure-role champions are the most interesting and well-defined in terms of theme and gameplay.
There are almost no pure role champs. I guess Kalista cause she's neutered by herself. But almost every champion can do at least two roles.

I usually play support but sometimes my team makes me go top lane and other times I just feel like frolicking in the jungle.

I find multi-role champs to be superior. The fact they can fit in various roles alone is enough argument for that.

Soraka Mid is coming into the meta. Her scalings and mana costs on Q is broken as hell. It's an underrated pick!
