[Quality of life] Splitting LCS regions in client notifications

With patch 6.3 esport notifications for other LCS countries were added. There already is one lever in the options to toggle them on or off, which is already a nice function since the notifications are a good idea but some people just don't want or like them.

What I'd wish for: An additional option to only get notifications for a chosen LCS (EU or NA) e.g. with checkboxes.

I for example only watch NA LCS so only those notifications matter to me and I'd like to not get those for EU LCS while living in an EU country. Default setting can be as is. Your thoughts?

post scriptum: Why is there no own board for the client itself as a program or for option suggestions? This board really needs that.
