MARINE CORPS AND LEAGUE OF LEGENDS

Hi everybody, I doubt anybody will read this, but my name is PFC Boungnaseng USMC. I wanted to post this in the boards because of what league of legends helped me with. I went to Marine Corps recruiting training, otherwise known as boot camp, in September 2015, I was Platoon 3261 Mighty Mike Company. I was afraid when I went, as do every new recruit feels when they leave to boot camp. I did feel much sadness because I missed home and such, but all I could think about was getting back online and playing league again. I did miss the 2015 World Championships in October when I was in boot camp, I was in 2nd phase over in camp Pendleton at the time. My motivation for playing league was a fire in my soul, it kept me going, yes I did want to see my friends and family after too, but league was more important, lol jk. My friend would always keep me updated on the status of the LCS while I was training, sure it was about a week late, due to military "snail mail" but no matter, I still enjoyed reading about what was happening, right now I'm in my MOS school as an 0111 staple gunner (admin clerk) I still play league of legends all the time even though I'm in schooling, there's always time for league in my book. But that's all I got Semper Fi to my other Marine brothers and sisters that play this game. Oorah Semper Fidelis.
