Vel'Koz Eating?
Hey guys my friends and I had a huge debate last night and we wondering how does Vel'Koz Eat? Our Theory is he pops out his big Eyeball and eats the food from that socket. Any other Ideas?

He has evolved past the need for such a lowly biological concept such as eating.
I'm pretty sure 'learning' and 'eating' are the same thing for him: After all, if he can acquire knowledge about something by disintegration it, why wouldn't he acquire nutrients as well?
he feasts on knowledge of his victims. Disintegrating them into pure energy that he then absorbs.

they? When there entire thing is eating?

There's probably a "mouth" on the underside of him, kind of like a stingray. It would make it easier for him to suck up what's left of his victims.
