Looking For A Partner To Make A LoL Windows Store App

Ok so recently, I have gotten a Windows Phone and the first thing I went to do was check for an app like the LoL iOS app. To my surprise, there isn't an app like it(or not that I found). Due to this and the fact that I really want an app to at least check stats, I decided that one should be made. While I do have 2 years of experience with Java, I'm pretty new to other coding languages. That is why I am asking for someone that would be willing to help make an app for the Windows Store. I guarantee that I will do as much as I can and learn the language in order to do as much as possible, I just want some help from someone with more experience than me.
