They should make a new teemo skin.
I think they should make a dark knight teemo skin.

Normally they make skins for champs based on the occasion, for example cotton-tailed Teemo on Easter, or Headless Hec on Halloween. And since the next major holiday coming up is Christmas/Hanukah, and they already have a christmas Teemo (Happy Elf) they can't really make another skin for the same occasion for multiple reasons. But if you have a specific idea for a skin then you can submit it to the fan creations or ideas/feedback sub-community =).
