What a waste of time!! Did the whole submit a ticket thing and provided all this information for their mistake. Their response was'too bad too sad!' What a lousy player support policy!!!!!

THEMANP Saturday at 13:50 Hello, I completed a ranked match shortly before the server issue manifested this morning. As you can see in my history, I won as Leblanc. I was at 0LP Gold (just won series) when I started the game, and I remain at 0LP gold after winning the game. There were no lag/dc issues in the game. The opposing team did have a rage quitter after I went up 4-0 in the first 6 minutes or so. Can you help fix this issue by giving the LP that I earned from this victory?

I'm sorry to hear that your game may have not registered with our system. This problem is sometimes the result of a player in your game "drop-hacking." or the issue may stem from deeper system troubles. The good news is that I can definitely look into this for you! Unfortunately, we're unable to provide any LP for games lost this way.
I'll need a few things from you for my investigation:
- That game's r3d log - this will show me a history of the game as seen by your computer. Make sure to pull the r3d log from that game only, please!

A list of players and which Champions they were playing - this helps me check the trends of player matches to spot potential "drop-hackers." If you can only remember your Champion, that'll still help us to try and find the game.

The time of the game in question - try to be as specific as possible.
Please write back when you've gathered these things for me, and I'll begin an investigation as soon as possible. Thanks!

The game ended around 11am give or take 30 mins. I don't believe there was drop hacking or foul play. The game took place immediately before the server issues manifested on Saturday.
I received a message after game saying that post-game lobby stats failed to load but that stats were saved and recorded. This was a ranked game. I hope you can help make this right. Thank you for your time.

I appreciate you sending over all these added bits of information. I get that losing your hard-earned LP because of technical issues can be very frustrating. I was able to investigate this further for you, and based on my findings, it looks like there was an issue with recording match results.
This can occur if all 10 Summoners disconnect at the exact same time and never reconnected or for a few other connection related reasons. If this happens, no rewards or penalties are given to either team (MMR, LP, promotion series, etc), since the game database has no information about this match. In some extreme cases the Air Client can see a game on the Match History, but unfortunately, the client did not communicate this information to the game database at the time of the match.
Because of this I’m unable to recover the stats for this specific match, from your client or otherwise. That said, we’re constantly working on improving the client-server communication, so issues like this should occur significantly less in the future.

I know how hard it is to gain LP and not receiving because of what happened is just terrible. However, it pains me to tell you that there is nothing that I can do for you. As what my co-Rioter mentioned, the client did not communicate this information to the game database at the time of the match. I hope you understand.

THEMANP Tuesday at 18:01 As a policy, RIOT should give IP boosts to legitimate issues that they refuse to help with. I don't need anything, but some people could use it, and I think it is really lousy that your response to a problem that YOUR game had is "too bad...you're just SOL." I think that's lousy.
