I was thinking about "Jack of Hearts" or the new one, even though the new one is kinda buggy for the hat stuff...
I don't like underworld tf so I'm not considering it.

Jack of Hearts is honestly one of my favorite skins in the game. It's not fancy or extreme model changes. Rather, it just looks good, has a rad theme that matches with TF's shtick. All around just love the skin, so I gotta go for that.

Jack of hearts is an overused skin, so I would say get a different one. But its entirely up to you.
There is only one option when purchasing a Twisted Fate skin.

Aside from it being hands down his best skin. It is also known to give him a slight buff. Since this skin has no cape draping behind him it makes his character model appear to be smaller. Even tho his hit box is the same people aim for your character model when throwing skill shots. It doesn't buff by much but is estimated to have a slight effect 1/50 games.
Rummage around the internet and see if you can get your hands on Underworld Twisted Fate, Keyori advertised in one of his vids LolSkinShop but I've never used it.
I ended up picking up Jack of Hearts, thanks to everyone who helped me ^^
