Changing hextech skin availability

Hello! After tweeting @riotgames I was told to post my idea here. My idea was to change the hextech skin crafting requirement from 10 gems to 5 as there are more skins now. That or increase the drop rate of gems. Thanks for the read! Edit: I just thought of another idea, I saw on reddit a post about letting us complete quests for ip, why not let us complete quests for gemstones?

Riot has already stated that they are planning on releasing an option where we can directly buy gemstones. It will only be a limited amount, of course.
