Creative Design Lead? (Riot help plox)

I am looking for a post that was commented on by a rioter who was assisting someone aspiring to be in the creative director or design lead. Something like that. The post included a description of his or her job. A friend needs it for his major and would like the specifics.

And I don't know where to put this in the forums to get help from a rioter.
