Last Day of Ranked

You know, I really looked forward to grinding out my last day to shoot for my ranked goals, as Riot and many others have pushed us to do today. But funny story, every game I've gotten into has merely been full of disappointment, as every game has included either a troll who can't get to where he wants so he destroys the game for everyone else, or higher tiered players who refuse to follow the Summoner's Code because hey, they are G2 so I'm going to give you grief in Champ Select because even though you're first pick, you're not allowed to take the role you like, even if it hasn't been called yet anyway. Just frustrated, and looking forward to a fresh start new season.

Ranked solo queue is far too broken to take seriously. Unless they make some pretty significant changes in the preseason, don't bother

Thats why you dont wait til the last day. I like to be at my goal about a month in advance after that point it will get much harder to climb because games get very inconsistent due to MORE not ALL people trolling and afking on teams because they already hit their goals and simply dont care anymore

I guess I must be lucky. Out of my last 21 ranked games, regardless of my pick spot, I got the role I wanted 17 times. Yeah, you occasionally get someone who doesn't want to cooperate or will be an ass, but for me those games are few and far between. Even when people say "gg I'm done" while in game, they still play and are trying - it's just more of a symptom of frustration than an actual threat.
