Elo issues??

I am a silver 5 player and used to be silver 3. The only reason for why I dropped to the bottom is because there are way too many trolls out there. However, this is not the problem i'm going to talk about. Ever since im on silver 5, I lose 20LP when lose whenever I play a game, and win only 10LP if won, regardless whether or not if im duoing with a bronze, a gold, or just simply solo. I really want to find out why and is there any way to stop this from happening? It is almost impossible to move back up with this win 2=lose 1 system.
