My 3+ years old account has been hacked. Rioters needed

Long story short, my "first" account became my smurf, and it was hacked sometime in the past 3 years because I was inactive on it. Submitted a riot support ticket, no assistance in TWO days. If anyone riot is on right now, please help me out. (I already have prove that the account belongs to me)

I took a look at your support request and saw that its still being worked on. Sometimes recovery cases can take a bit longer than others due to all the factors involved in verifying ownership over the account.

I can't guarantee a specific result in the case, but I do know that it hasn't been ignored. :)
