LOLReplay camera rotate not working?

I've been trying to make a cinematic including and in order to do it I need to be able to rotate the camera. Back in 2013 I could rotate it, but I stopped recording games and started a week ago. I updated it and it just wouldn't work, even on my older games. Sorry if I'm missing anything.
