What happened to spirit guard udyr custom quotes?

I paid good money on this skin (3250 RP) and now riot decided to enabled only couple quotes (same taunt for all 4 stances). Like seriously, ever since the new 5.2 patch released, udyr skin has not been that awesome lately. I hope riot has a good explanation for this because I am truly disappointed and felt like I have been ripped off for buying the skin. Oh and it is worth mentioning that he was disabled for a day or 2 when patch 5.2 released so I thought Riot was fixing it, but nope.
