Trolls in Rank.

Why must we be subjugated to trolls in ranked games? I just had a game where our bot laner said at the start of champ select that he was going to lose on purpose, as he was a smurf who was trying to help rank his friends account, and his friend had upset him so he was purposefully losing games.

Longer story short, our top laner did not pick tank (because Vayne top is such a thing in silvers) and the Nunu Adc (who was mid the whole game) seemed determined to take mid's exp kills and the like, which of course the game came to a quick loss.

How come we don't have a system in place to kick people out of the character select screen before we even get into a game? Why don't we have a system in place that will see a select line of words or phrases that would allow us to vote a player out and allow us to go back into champ select with a new player before we are in game.

It is immensely frustrating to deal with someone that had will not be dealt with. I feel that our report system isn't bad, but also isn't good enough to catch these players in time before they have messed up another players ratings.
