This is bug in PBE most likely

When I was playing Vi and had a Heimerdinger, when he put his turret down and LeBlanc silenced it. The turret was forever never attacking again it just kept showing the Icon of the silenced repeating itself on his turret and it was frozen in place. (Silence Icon is the weird looking guy with big chin)
