actually 0 rp isn't hard to get on na, they sell rp in round numbers so you can set your purchases and rp purchases that way so they will spent all rp which you have

for instance if you have 40 rp you can buy 1380rp, so you have 1420 and then a 750rp skin, a 520rp skin and a summoner icon for 150rp, gg you have 0rp

if you have 0 rp you can buy 650 rp, a 260rp champ and a 390rp skin and you are 0 again, lol

for other servers it's harder

anyway 0ip is the fun part
