riot could release 2 champs at once that could work very well together if played correctly,
similar to how 
works well with champs who have noc ups to help him land his ult.
don't really have any great ideas but maybe they would be able to combo off each other ults, or they were the only 2 champs able to fuse ults... idk just a thought..... ideas???
They could do it, but I imagine it would take longer to develop than two unrelated champions. If they had a good concept for it though, I'd be interested.
I think this would be hard to balance. In order for the to champs not to be OP when on the same team, they may end up weak as individuals. As your idea is very vague I cant say for sure of course. Just something to consider.
