Champion Banning

I'm curious when Riot will add in an additional ban for both teams, increasing the ban count from 3 per team to 4. With all of the new champions coming in during season 3, the champion pool has increased where an additional ban for each team will be necessary.

I could see how this would be advantageous for solo queue players, but personally I feel that three is just fine. In a four or five man premade, 3 bans is more than sufficient to be able to ban the champions that your team will have the hardest time dealing with.
