Is there any way to get a higher chance of key fragments?

OK SO, when I opened one hextech chest, I GOT A LEE SKIN AND I'VE BEEN WANTING ONE!!! Too bad that I only need freaking 15 more orange essence. So is there a way to get key fragments quicker or can someone from riot give me atleast 15 orange essence so I can unlock and keep this lee sin skin.

I find it odd that essences are locked within chests. I'm sure there is a valid reason, but I feel essences should be earned through time played. this way you got: Chests earned through S masteries. Limited amount earned a month. Key fragments through actually winning games. Essences through time played.
