How to work for riot HELP

Hello riot or anyone else that would like to comment or put your thoughts into this. Although it is mainly for a riot employee or anyone with this expertise... I am in the army and I was recently deployed and hadn't heard or played LoL until I saw a friend of mine playing.., I quickly jumped into the game and began playing and fell in love instantly and I decided that I would get out and become a pro at this game as a career.... Well 2 problems ended up coming into play... 1 .... I suck at this game and am gonna be bronze for life and 2 I realized I'm prolly too old for something like that being in my mid 20"s but I decided that the next best thing would be to work for riot and I guess what I really want to know is HOW and WHAT CAN I DO. All I really need is someone to set me into the track or the right path to begin this career.....examples of help I want are ... The type of degree I would need to do this and what appeals on a resume to riot etc etc ... But honestly I have made this my goal and I am now out of the army and have begun my degree for video game design (computer science ) just need some tips and pointers for the right direction

Background info you might want or need .... Own all champs and play all champs ... Even though I'm bronze I am VERY EXTREMELY knowledgable of the game and items and champions .... Grew up around games and computers,
