one game. Funny thing is I gave it to someone who actually has like 500 ranked wins with Urgot...
I feel like there are quite a few strategies to this the two most prominent being:
- weak champs
- difficult champs
I would probably pick 
as my pick for the enemy team. He's one of the hardest champs to play in the game, and if no one on the enemy team knows how to play Viktor or Rumble (who's ult has the same casting paradigm as Viktor's E, the hardest part of his kit to use), then that's a fairly easy win.
Always trying to give Eve, she's just too weak in the jg, can't lane, and has no early pressure because of the damage she takes early.
But I just know that it going to come back to me...cause Karma.

I ran out of time and accidentally gave Varus... the loading screen skintimidation was awful. He had arctic ops on and almost out did our team.
I gave the enemy Yorick, and the second time I gave them Poppy. And just now I gave them Quinn because it was an all adc team we were making them play :P
I ask my team to pick them AD only. I played my first games witha team of opponents just being: urgot, cait, mf, vayne and varus. Varus we didnt want becus of her stun but still. We raped them after 10min :D. NO CC And ARMOR 100%.
Other thing is: pick them champs from 1 kind (ap/ad)
Only played one so far, I was going to give Nunu but team decided I should give Zac, so I went with that. My team also gave them Aatrox, so they had revive passives for days. They gave me Amumu though, one of my best champions; I didn't even jungle (I took ignite because we didn't have a standard team comp anyways, so might as well. I just roamed around the map ganking people and soaking exp; I had so many kills lol)
I like playing Urgot. Come at me!
Someone gave me Hecarim my first game. Oh the poor fools had no idea how much the new items and the jungle buffs made Hecarim better. Not only can you build him movespeed now, but he can simultaneously be tanky as shit. It was glorious. Suffering is Magic! 
"Give them all supports", judging by how well that worked both times my team tried that last night, doesn't seem like the best strategy.

but recently i have been getting my team to give all adcs because it works. they cant comeback when they get behind and if you build thornmail its guaranteed gg

I've played nami twice. It was nice when I was paired with an awesome braum, not so nice when I had to go top againt mao because we had 500 supports on my team. Worse part is in that game I had the best CS on my team...
Gave them Eve, they gave us Ashe because they didnt realize how op adcs are when you make the enemy team have zilean, alistar, Janna, Evelynn and Poppy.

Give the enemy team 4 AD champs and one useless tank (like Nautilus). Then have your team all build thornmail, sunfire, and armor. You can easily kill them.
If you get Taric, even better.
This game mode is too repetitive, I don't think it gonna be any popular at all. I played less than 5 games and Im already sick of seeing the same champions every game:
Actually i just realised there's more variety in Nemesis mode than normal games;
can be good as a later pick, depending on how much ap/ad they give you.
I like to give the other team since most people can't seem to play her well. I like when she is given to me though.
OH theres a new game mode thats out? Huh.... didnt realize. i remember reading something about it on the pbe. And thought "if you're just picking someone elses champion then, thats kinda boring" didnt realize it was released. Whoops!

there is no real difference between normal games and this mode while in normal games there is the fight for who pick lee win in this mode there is the fight for who pick urgot
