Free Champion Rotation Indexabase November 14th Forecast
How farest thou, homeslice? Like a PBS pledge drive, it's that time again
: here's this week's Free Champion Rotation Indexabase Forecast! As you guys may know, there's an exciting and scary time just around the corner, and big changes in store not everyone will agree on- I'm talking about the pre-season for Season 7 of League of Legends, of course.
HOW THINGS WORK For the Type Casting Counts, where I track what character classes show up each week, I count everything whenever it appears. For example: if Azir and Twitch were on the free rotation, I would count that as two Marksman, one Mage, and one Assassin. I'll also toss in the log for the last several weeks.
TYPE CASTING LOG ((Key: A=Assassin, F=Fighter, MAG=Mage, S=Support, T=Tank, MAR=Marksman))
- A) 3, F) 5, MAG) 3, S) 3, T) 2, MAR) 3 ((<--- Current Week))

ACCURACY AND FORECAST FOR NOVEMBER 14th
Does it ever bother you that there aren't capital numbers? 7. 7. Anyways, I have mixed feelings about this week: on the one hand, it was a fairly inaccurate one- two squads(Fighter, Tank) and just one appearance(Taric
); on the other, it includes a number of champions I personally enjoy playing(though, this is about the third or fourth week where I've unlocked a champion the day before they went on the rotation). But again, keep in mind there are a lot of moving parts in League. Also, I think this lineup will work excellently with the new Masteries being introduced- perhaps that was the driving force behind the selections.
FORECAST: Assassins: You know that they're bound to step out of the shadows sometime soon, but for now I'll say that besides Rengar and Talon, you should keep an eye out for Fiora, Kha'Zix, and Riven. These should be the last few big weeks for Assassins for a while, so I'd expect three to five, but probably just three to show up next week.
Fighter: Fighters doing their stuff and sending out the biggest squad, as per usual. With only one Fighter+Assassin showing up this week and the last, I think we can assume the Fighter ranks won't inflate too much. Five is a good number, and with the slight downward trend we might see four, but it will most likely be another five next week. Watch the smoke signals for Warwick, Gangplank, and VI.
Mage: With a smaller than expected squad this week, I think the Mage squad will hold steady and crank out another three or four next week: I'll say four. Keep an ear to the ground for Sona, Vel'Koz, and Syndra.
Support: A bigger than normal week for everyone's favorite character type. Being almost as steady as the Marksman squad, a trio has been relatively uncommon for the Supports in recent weeks. I don't think that will change too much, and they will send out another two next week. Check the hanging chads for Taric, Tahm Kench, and Lux.
Tank: Another steady week for the Tank squad. After a prolonged down streak(except for the 3rd of last month's rotation), I think there will be a slightly bigger squad next week- expect three. Keep your cup and string ready for Nasus, Jarvan IV, and Sion.
Marksman: As stated in previous forecasts, there will never be too many Marksman in a week due to them sharing an attack range with the Mages. Three is the ceiling, and as it's unlikely we'll get two back to back threes in a row, I'm calling in two for next week. The spiciest memes have foretold the coming of Jhin, Teemo, and Vayne.
Well, to all the Americans out there who might see this, I just want to tell you that your voice matters...
Riot has shown they listen to their players, so don't be afraid to speak up. That's all for this week, guys. Remember: In ARAM, get vision by walking against the walls opposite the bushes, and if a plant suddenly grants you enhanced vision, don't operate heavy machinery.
