Combine the accounts

I want to know something, i have an account in NA with the summoner name of "LogeandoFedders" and have the same summoner name in LAN with another account, the question is, if i transfer my LAN account to NA what will happen to my account of NA? it will combine? i really want to know cuz all of my friends play on NA

Pretty sure it will just make you name change when you transfer it.

If you transfer your LAN account to NA, a message will come up saying that you need to change your Summoner Name since the same name already exists.
