New Laptop on League?

Okay so in an attempt to conserve electricity, my desktop is getting replaced with a laptop. I ended up getting a Lenovo Flex 2 15 with specs as follows....

Max Screen Resolution: 1920x1080 pixels Processor: 1.7 GHz Intel Core i5 RAM : 6 GB DDR3 Memory Speed: 1600 MHz Graphics: Intel HD 4400 CPU: 1.7-GHz Core i5-4210

I won't have access to the desktop to play League... so what would be the BEST configuration in terms of framerates (30-40+)

What's your PC like? You can cut down the power consumption a lot by using CPU integrated graphics and minimize peripheral use (like speakers with a sub).
