I would like to see an aura that decreases enemies magic resist and armor. As a support I struggle in helping top or bot if they are already down a few kills and the enemy has tanked up. With an aura that lowered their armor stacks it would make support a bit more viable to help with an anti-tank item.

FuzzyBunnyofDoom1 votesRemember when Stark's Fervor was an item? Yeah, I miss it too.... it was basically exactly the item you're talking about too. But I think having armor and MR debuffs in the same item as a persistent aura would be either OP or very cost inefficient (if they only have armor OR mr). Maybe an item active that shreds a percentage of resistances of all champions in an area? That seems reasonable to me.
Idea: A new Stark's Fervor that builds out of Zeke's Herald (or vice versa) maybe make it a health/CDR item that gives the AD/Lifesteal aura and has an active to shred resistances in an area, maybe by placing a flag in the terrain that has the debuff aura (ie: a Herald, that'd be Zeke's, and it'd actually do something lol)
