Can you have multiple servers on the same computer?

i usually play on NA but i'm actually australian and some of my mates play league but they use OCE i was wondering is it possible to have two clients with different regions on the same computer, it'd be a pain if i had to swap regions all the time and i don't wanna transfer over and lose my progress in NA.
