Why doesn't my elophant app work anymore.

so elophant worked a few months ago and now i can't get it to detect lol. I tried running it in admin. open lol first, open elophant first. removed my anti virus. nothing works. any ideas how i can get it to work? i have a dell lap top windowns 10.
