Revert Ranked que changes.

Being in a higher ladder spot should have an advantage. When getting into a ranked lobby and having someone in Gold V as the captain when I am Plat V makes me sad :( . It also is allowing trolls to troll even harder. There is a reason I am higher in ladder than them(sometimes because they troll so hard).

I have been playing this game off and on since beta. The change was a poor choice and a lot of players have stated it. Revert!
