I have never recieved any sort of ban or restriction in the 5 years ive been playing this game and i did not recieve a mystery gift today as the rest of my friends did. Is there a reason for this? was i reported without recieving any sort of ban and thus disqualified? pleasehalp
Oh my God, you people need to learn some patience. They said it would take days, maybe up to a week, to get the skins out.

I'm not getting one, and I'm ok with that. :) Unlike some people I know that I got chat banned for telling people how to "fix their gameplay", and for philosophical in game debates like:
If you don't want to help me as our Jungler as I sat under tower for 25 minutes of the game? What makes you think I want to help you in return? I also made comments like I can't protect stupid. (Meaning I can't stop someone from making a bad decision).
