Dashes toward target location. If Altaril collides with an enemy, it deals 35/60/85/110/135 (+30% total AD) (+55% AP) physical damage.
Poisonous Spear (Skillshot, medium range) [700 units range]
Mana Cost: 60/70/80/90/100
Cooldown: 12/11/10/9/8 seconds
Passive: Altaril's basic attacks deals 10/15/20/25/30 (+25% AP) bonus physical damage.
Active: Altaril throws forward a poisoned spear, dealing 25/45/65/85/105 (+100% total AD) physical damage over 3 seconds and marks the target for 3 seconds. If any other damage is dealt from any other Altaril skills at the marked enemy, he gets stunned for 1 second. While Poisonous Spear is on cooldown, the passive bonus is inactive.
Hunting Alone (Selfcast, small area) [350 units area]

Cooldown: 120/110/100 seconds
Altaril rubs a poisonous spore all over his body, getting invisible for 2.5 seconds. When he appears, he deals 100/225/350 (+20% total AD) (+60% AP) magical damage in an area around him. If it hits a single unit, it also gets slowed by 30%/40/50% for 2 seconds.

Altaril was born in a farm, simple and sweet as every kid. He grew helping his father in the works until the day he turned 18, as a strong and tall man. At this day, he went to the city to sell some goods. When he came back, he saw a strange creature, feasting what could only be his parents in the middle of the destroyed farm. He took all he had - a piece of wood, sharpened in one side - and tried to chase the creature.
The creature lured him to a dense forest, where he easily became lost and hungry. His needs to eat and all the predators lurking around him trained his senses to a higher level, knowing when something - or someone - is hurt. While linving in the jungle, he learned a lot from nature, including some poisons he carries around. Now he lives in the forest, knowing every step every creature makes in there, waiting for the right creature to kill
One day, he felt the creature entering and leaving the forest, making him run away from the forest and try to chase the creature one more time. During the chase, he found de Institute of War, which promptly called him to enter the League. He accepted, thinking the creature might be there too.
Appearance
A tall, strong man, with long hair and beard, white dirty skin and a brown leather armor holding his weapon, a sharpened wood piece, used as a spear by the champ.
He would be a top champion or even a jungle, based on high CC combos to neutralize one target in a team fight. And the additional CC's from his team would boost even more his passive, making him hard to escape from. What you guys think about this idea?
11/28/2013 Update
Balanced him a little bit. Removed his slow from Poisonous spear and changed it with the mark from Fast Move. Reduced almost all his base damage from spells and changed his rates. Hope he gets better reviews now.
01/03/2014 Update
Changed a few rates and/or abilities range. With a smaller range and longer CD's, his Q got more balanced and less OP for a great start. Also reduced the range of his passive to make easier to escape his CC kit increasing his movespeed. Also added the lore and how I think he would look like. Waiting for the reviews.
