Summoner Name Replacements

I just wanted to send some feed back for this.... But I really think that if a Summoner is inactive or hasn't played in a certain amount of time like 6 months, they should become inactive. When you become inactive your Summoner Name can be taken by someone else. Because I have tried to make an account where there has been lvl 5's with the name that hasn't played since like S3. Or it been so long it doesn't even say they played any! So please respond to this Rito, and keep up the good work :P

There is a system for this. If a Summoner is level 1-6 and hasn't played a match in the last 6 months, the account becomes inactive and the summoner name is free to be taken by others. For every level above 6 the account is, they have an extra month to play a match before becoming inactive, with level 30 accounts having 2 years, 6 months before becoming inactive.

Now, the problem is, if a name is free to be taken, you can't get the name by creating a completely new account. You can only get it if you purchase it through a Summoner Name change. I'm not 100% sure on this, but I have tried to get a name by creating a new account, and couldn't get it unless I bought a Summoner Name change.

Also, a little side note. If you're looking at the account match history through the League client, unless that account is on your friends list, you're not going to see anything but the past ranked games the account has played. So if they haven't played any ranked games, you're not going to see anything in their match history.
