I thought of a new way to buy rp, riot could make 1 rp worth a certain amount and you punch in the amount that you want then it gives you the exact amount you want and your not left with that annoying 974 rp. RIOT PLZ

Thats the way the system is designed, you entice users to buy more RP because they have some left over, i doubt thats going to change anytime soon :)
