No punishments for teambuilder?
This Gangplank came into our team on teambuilder lobby, and had the nerve to decide whether or not he should stay. He could've just left, but he decided to type to us why he was leaving. "I'm a supp so I DECIDE".

Well, not sure what you're complaining about here. GP is a strange support anyway, BUT TeamBuilder, as far as I can tell, is there so you can kind of pick and choose who you play with. I play support a lot, usually as Sona, and in TB, there are certain Marksmen I'd rather not Support for, such as Ezreal, Kalista, etc. So I leave groups if I see these champs to find a group that I mesh better with and enjoy playing with more. Obviously you can't do this in Draft Mode or Blinds, but TB is there in part for this very reason. There is nothing wrong with not wanting to play with a certain champ in this Game Mode.
Same as if you join a lobby, and see a Wukong support, or Ashe jungler, and leave because you mostly already know you won't enjoy that in a game. It's all about taste in TB, and that freedom makes it great.
