Since when do bots get skins?

lol xD in all my time of watching my girlrfriend play against bots, i've NEVER seen one with a skin before. and she has never played pvp and her account is already level 20 (in other words, shes played TONS of games against bots)

idk i've seen it for forever, and pretty much everytime i play against bots (to get that quick first win bonus usually) there is at least 1 skin on the bots. Lower level bots could be different though.

Im pretty sure as long as you are playing Intermediate Bots at least one champion on the enemy team (the bots) will have a skin.

They've had skins from Intermediate since at least 2013
