Went back to 1080p, how do you plebs play?

I stepped up to 4K rocking my 2 970's running at 1500/7600 each and I tried playing a match at 1080p again and it looked so fuzzy that I could not make it 3 minutes without going back. How do you plebs play at such low resolution?
