Ideas, not concepts or creations and questions for riot

I have some ideas for a new champion I don't really want to talk about right away, but first I have a question. Is it possible to share Replay .rofl files from professional games? I would like to study some of the pros, and I'm not sure if I'm going to be able to get into contact with them personally to ask them for the download files...or the files in general, unless there is a place where people upload and share their replays...and I also wonder if we will ever be able to use the old replays ever again. Is there a vastayan village? Is there a conceptual creation? Are there going to be more vestayans? Is there anyway I can invite my friend to the PBE? How much longer until Xayah and Rakan are finished? I hate to take away from them so early, since they really haven't shined in their own light yet, but to me...Xayah and Rakan are the best champions to be created to date as of recently. I really enjoy them. Though, to me their story is so much more in depth in comparison to... a champion for example like Kindred. Where it feels like her story is incomplete...and there are a lot of questions I have about her. I have tons of ideas for lore expansion, and stories...etc. Though, right now I am not in the mood to be writing anything. Is there anywhere in the forums I can share my stories? Perhaps Story art? I would like to share some cool ideas for champions or a champion to be like the counter to kindred, or her partner. Just like Xayah and Rakan, so there is more than one option for teams to use...in terms of duo partnerships. Though, I can't really make up my mind if it should be a male...goat or a seagoat, or a lion...or a goatlion. Similar to kindred, perhaps the light side. Instead of bringing death, he brings life. I also thought, how could would it be to make him similar to a story from the bible...like the beast of the sea or the antichrist. He could have a snake tail, goat legs, humanoid body... kind of like baphomet. Instead of being evil, he is good like a creator. I also thought, it would be cool to use kindred's mask along side a male version when they are paired...like an infinity symbol or a pill capsule thing for prescriptions. or even contact lenses. Like a black/white/gold/black or something. That way it kind of reminds people to take their medication or lets them know it's okay to take medications or something to feel more accepted. I also have been thinking about making a map editor? That can share maps with friends. OR maybe, a multiplayer version of the practice tool? These ideas to me are not even finished, and I can't even make up my mind if any of them are worth using or getting into. I think that is all I have for now.
