Alright so i did a little reading around the net. So I just got ranked today and gold 5. When will i get the border and do i qualify for the victorious skin? and if yes will i get it if i don't have the champion?

Deep Terror Nami1 votesThey will announce the end of the season not long from now (probably ends like mid November), and when the season ends you'll get them. Also, yes, Gold and up gets the skin. If you don't have the champion, you'll get that too.
