Idea for RIOT

RIOT is a company that is community driven, but what if it could help the community that drives it as well? I know they have places where people can post their decisions, however I think that things could go one step further. My idea is for people to be able to put forth ideas and be rewarded for it. So if you were to present an idea, and RIOT were to do the idea, and it were to make money, you would make some money. If the idea takes 500$ to produce then it should only be taken on if RIOT thinks that it will make more than 500$. If the idea pulls in 600$ gross then the person is paid on the 100$. They would only get a percentage of the money pulled in. So on the idea that cost 500$ to make, but pulled in 600$ the person could make 10$ using a 10% of the profit idea. RIOT is taking all the risk for an idea flopping and doing the work, so them keeping 90% makes sense.

I do know that even though I don't have any solid ideas for them (other than this) I would get some good ideas if they were to do this. I also know that a lot of stupid ideas would come through, but that is the cost of doing business.
