Nidalee Can pole dance in human form and clam slam in kitty form but Graves can't have a cigar? Ziggs Can blow up towers but Graves can't have a cigar? Teemo Can give people bad trips but Graves Can't have a cigar? Syndra Can play with balls but Graves Can't have a cigar? Anivia Can give birth to herself but Graves Can't have a cigar? Honestly its kinda rediculous because in the rating it includes drug reference so shouldn't the cigar be allowed? Also riot should just make the cigar like some sort of thing in the lore so its not really a cigar allowing them to have it in the game. (then they will make a cigar graves skin and make tons of money)
