In regards to the ‘lore’ changes.

If you don’t like them, uninstall. Not because ‘lol quit cryn nd don pley’, but because it will show Riot exactly what you think of their changes.

Send them an email - a polite one - telling them that you’re worried about the lore changes and that you think it will only hurt the story in the long run if they remove something so fundamental as the institute.

Tell them that you no longer feel welcome - as a Summoner that’s not supposed to exist, you don’t have a place in the world at all. Tell them this breaks immersion. Tell them this puts too much distance between the player and the world.

Certain champions rely on the Institute - Ahri , Maokai , Zilean . Others are restrained within it, with the Institute as their only restraint - Fiddlesticks , Brand . Ask them how they’re going to justify that character fighting at all. Make sure to cite their institute-riddled lore as your source.

We were able to get Headhunter Caitlyn a decent pair of pants. Now we need to keep hold of something larger - our foundations. This is a show of solidarity. Make it clear that the story is valued. Make it clear that we want our Institute, and our Summoners, intact.

I'd rather this not slip off the front page. I feel it's important, so I'm going to bump this every 24 hours or so with additional information/queries, until i get a response. For example: Dear Reds, have you noticed just how many alternate solutions to your retcon people are posting? Did you know there are entire groups of people that have made the institute feasibly work as a well thought-out system with hints of corruption lurking in the high summoner's robes? Did you notice the SHEER AMOUNT of public backlash across multiple platforms, here? Going through your New 52 retcon is not a good business decision.
