Help Required to make a Video

I have come up with an idea for a video dealing with the new Academy skins but I don't possess the abilities to make it or even do it justice. So I need help in doing this project. What's needed? I need several people that are creative and both great at what they do, so we can make this better then what I have already come up with.

Need: Artist (maybe a couple) Animator (And maybe some stuff I can't even think of)

Hey - I'm an After Effects animator myself (I'm not entirely skilled to the level of being able to produce extremely high-quality stuff such as 3D jet-fighter chases and all, but I can do "menu animations" and stuff like that) and I'd like to know what your idea is exactly. Thanks!
