Champion Shards for IP

I thought you planned to add champ shards for IP this patch (6.11). I have 3 champs waiting on blue essence or champ shards to upgrade to level 6 but alas, no blue essence or champ shards and I am days away from receiving my next chest which MIGHT contain what I actually want/need. I find it incredibly unfair that I've done all the hard work (getting multiple S's per champ) but am unable to upgrade to level 6 because of something I cannot control. FIX PLEASE.

The patch hasn't actually come out yet. It's planned for tomorrow.
