Why did you take out Executioners calling?

Umm...why did they remove executioners calling and keep sword of the occult? At least one of these items is useful. You have morellonomicon that causes grevious wounds but nothing for an AD based champ. This new season sucks balls...Imma bounce out and go to Heroes and go to WoW. I kind of want a refund because this game is turning trash.
