Referred to my intentionally afk Kayle as noob and this is cited to me by Riot Games Player Support as ban worthy. Did not call the actual playing players noob. Regardless of whether or not it's an overreaction to punish for it, why do you have to insult others? People do need to toughen up and not get offended by everything, but that doesn't give anyone the right to disrespect other people.
I didn't insult the afker directly. I warned my team it was 4v5 we had an afk noob. They started insuliting me so I realized it was a bad premade and I said you should take your friend to noob bot games if she is going to do that. So lots of reports by the afker's friends. Took 5 emails for that response and all they had was the noob thing which isn't even an insult if it's an actual new player it's a fact and she moved around enough to not be a legit afk, just barely engaged in any actual play. If this is Riot's standard you can suspend people from every game.
Yea I got the same BS after 3 weeks they answered why I had a 2 week ban and it was basically insulting items lol. Now I play super toxic but I try to be subtle like steal health packs in front of you when I don't need them, steal buffs, shop a long time, reveal my team in the bush, annoying pings. I was labeled toxic and I have embraced it, much more fun than helping dummies who report you to win. Just don't put your toxicity in the chat log or leaverbuster. The 2 week ban was supposed to be a warning but I have crapped on so many more players since.

Yeah, it's a bit toxic to insult a group's friend all game to their faces. Congratulations on getting a real response, by the way. Not everyone is so lucky.
