Ok so when i bought jhin i forgot to look into his passive, just sounded great and now iam regretting it and used up all my refunds, on another note fiora is overly complicated and trying to get to all the vital points is a joke unless i can get them Cc'd not much of a champ any longer! so id like to refund the fucking skin i bought her!

You didn't thoroughly research before you purchased, so unfortunately that's your own mistake. Also, you should probably give a champion a proper test run before purchasing any skins for them.
Or you could actually think before you spend money like the rest of us.
