How did it become like this ?

I hopped in ranked game in a pretty good mood after getting to silver 4 from bronze 3 but played this game today to get totally destroyed by the enemy team. I played with a who picked it into supp but in lane she did nothing but stand there and sometimes taking the creeps she couldn't use her SPELL SHIELD for the love of god.

To be honest I'm not good myself but WTH with the difference between my team and their team, why did I get matched with people who just started playing ranked. I honestly think that this is the last game like this but sometimes this types of games just makes me feel so frustrated [zombie-brand-mindblown].
