ya know its my b-day today and if I recall most all websites ask for your age to see if u meet their requirements. I have yet to see a game who goes above and beyond and actually rewards you for being born. like if on your birthday riot gives you like 100rp or something. cause like if I have like 100 more rp I could be a little happier cause my 317 would be 417. then I could get a new summoner icon or a choice skin. please riot can we make this a thing? are u ready to go above and beyond to show that you care about he players as individuals rather than like sheep hat bring in cash?

I feel like it's generally not a good idea to give out free RP regularly... It would be easy to, say, make a ton of extra accounts, then wait a few years and gift yourself tons of free skins...
