Summoners Rift Duck & Frog icons

Dear Riot,

Where are the icons for the Summoner's Rift Duck and the Summoner's Rift Frog. Brazil got the Duck for free in a Team up and Poolparty style event during the release of Elderwood Hecarim at the end of last year. But why cant we at least buy them for 250 RP like we can with those Korean Art Poro Icons. I looked at the client files and the images are there so could you please activate these in the store?
